Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Legal Notices Publisher LLC, doing business as Publish Legal Notice, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit publishlegalnotice.com or use our legal notice placement and translation services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, company or law firm.
  • Order details: the type of notice, state and county, publication you choose, notice text and any files you upload, such as court orders or articles of organization.
  • Billing details: billing name and address. We accept payment by bank transfer or through PayPal. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full card numbers or PayPal login details.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or forms.

Notices and the documents behind them often include personal information about other people, such as heirs, creditors or business members. Please share it only when you have the right to do so.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site and approximate location.
  • Information from cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

2. How we use information

  • To prepare quotes and place, translate and publish your notices.
  • To send you proofs, affidavits of publication, invoices and service updates.
  • To answer questions and provide support.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site and measure its performance.
  • To send you occasional service news, if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Published notices

  • The purpose of a legal notice is to make information public. When we place a notice, its content is shared with the publisher and becomes public. Publishers may also post it on their websites and on public notice websites. We cannot remove a notice from those sources after publication.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Newspapers and publishers that run your notice.
  • Translators working on your notice under confidentiality obligations.
  • Service providers that host our Site, process payments, send email or provide analytics, only to perform services for us.
  • Our affiliated companies in Latin America that help manage international publications.
  • Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sharing for targeted advertising.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order records, notice texts and proofs of publication for [7] years, because clients often need copies for court or tax purposes. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with team members and publishers in Latin America and Europe. Your information may be processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws. We take steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

9. Your privacy rights
